It is the fastest mode of getting your device repaired there and then. Some repairs can be completed in as short as 20 min!

UK-wide Postal and courier collection repair service
This service is provided to those customers who are not able to reach our stores physically. It is the best and most hassle-free repair service to available for your faulty Samsung device. It can be taken-up by following these 4 simple steps.
Step 1– Getting you Quote and Make an Online Payment
Request a repair quote by filling in the repair quote request form or by using our Live Chat. Once you have agreed to the quote we take a payment of £17.50 upfront, this will be deducted from your repair quote’s final payment.
Make an online payment through any of your Debit card, Visa, Mastercard, Pay Pal, American Express as stated in the e-mail which you get in a response of requesting a free repair quote. Reasonable shipping charges are applied along with the repair cost.
Step 2 – Send the faulty Samsung Device to our centre
Our trusted UPS courier service will pick your device up from your location at your convenient time. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as we receive your device at our workshop. You will be given repair status updates during the time your device is with us & allow you to communicate with us at all times. You can also drop your device at any UPS drop off point once we have sent you a lable for your item. Some customers will use royal mail to post their items, this is okay too.
Step 3 – Repairing work and its cost
The quote you were given for your repair will not change unless you have booked in for only diagnostics. You will be sent a confirmation email on completion of repair pointing to your login account where you can make the final payment.
The diagnosis and repairing work will start as soon as we receive the device. After complete diagnosis and ascertaining the real repair issues, a final repair quote is prepared and mailed to you for consent. After receiving the consent we fix your device and get it sent back to you as soon as possible.
Before dispatching the device, we undertake a final check-up of the device to make sure it’s proper functioning. All this is done to give you a 100% satisfied result with the repair we have carried out for you.
Step 4 – Return of the perfectly working Samsung device to you
Once our testing process has been carried out we will arrange the return of the device to an address of your choice anywhere in the UK. You can schedule this as per your timings of availability in your home or place of work. Samsung repairer will give you a 12 months warranty on the repair we carry out for your peace of mind.
